Please note, we are unable to take card payments for your stay. We except cash sterling, cheques or Bacs payment.

Cancellation Policy – If for any reason you should have to cancel your stay, we will endeavour to re-let the room and the following charges may apply. No show – Full payment for first night plus full payment for subsequent nights that we are unable to re-let.  All other cancellations, within 30 days of arrival date, may be charged for in full or in part, unless we are able to re-let your room for the reserved nights.

If you have travel insurance, you may be able to reclaim these cancellation charges, should your cancellation reason fall within your insurer’s criteria.

Check-in – Check-in is after 4pm (other times by prior arrangement )

Check-out – Check out by 10:00 am on day of departure

Damage/Missing items – We reserve the right to charge your card for any damage to your room during your stay or for any items that are missing when you leave.
